They are also kind, calm, fun, funny and respectful. I approached Phill and asked if he would help me. My job was to repair a leak I had inherited, caused by inappropriate and incompetent design. A few other firms had turned down the job saying it was either too small, too remote and I also believe, too boring and too complicated. Phill from the absolute get go was interested, enthusiastic and above all, willing to help. This turned out to be the first of many relieving moments. Phill always sees the silver lining and this translates so well into his problem solving abilities, of which have been put to the test on numerous occasions.
